Nigerian international Taiwo Awoniyi is set to complete a move to newly promoted Premier League team Nottingham Forest from German side Union Berlin.
The deal is reportedly worth €20m (N8.8 Billion) with Liverpool set to receive 10% of the transfer fee as per their sell-on clause agreement with the German club.
The Super Eagles striker is the most improved player of his German club, Union Berlin in 2021/2022 session. He played 43 games as against 21 in 2020/2021 session, scored 20 goals as against 4 and made 5 assists as against 3.
