The first edition of AFRO EUFORICO took place on September 24, 2025, at the ARCM Centre in Faro Old Town, Algarve, Portugal. Top Afrobeats artist BMAN captivated attendees with a spectacular live performance.
AFRO EUFORICO, organised by Plantel Euforico, is a series of Afro-themed events that combine music, sports, heritage, cultural festivals, competitions, concerts, and conferences into a groundbreaking platform.
This initiative aims to celebrate Africa’s vibrancy while fostering unity, creativity, and collaboration among Afro nations.
According to the organisers, this event marked the first Afrobeats show in Faro, featuring the multi-talented Nigerian artist Kingsley Mbilitem, widely known as BMAN, making his debut in international performances.
BMAN, a Master’s in Management student at the University of Algarve in Faro, Portugal, showcased his talent at the event.
The show was orchestrated by Jideofor Obidike, a Nigerian International Business Consultant and Global Show Promoter, also known as “JD – The Professional.” JD is currently a PhD candidate in Tourism at the University of Algarve, Faro.
As a member of the Performing Musician Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), he expressed ambitions to make AFRO EUFORICO a quarterly event, to be held in strategic and vibrant locations across Portugal and other parts of Europe.
